OneFit Complaints is an advanced Complaints Management tool, that allows the customer to efficiently and effectively record, measure, monitor and manage complaints. OneFit Complaints can be integrated with other desirable modules from the OneFit Technology Solution. Statistics and analysis can be produced by the system, driven by OneFit LID (Logma’s Integration Dashboard) such as the number of complaints in a period, by customer, by product or by analysis code. Further integration and analysis can be achieved by introducing additional instances of OneFit LID, which can include graphical representation for monitoring, measurement and management of all customer complaints. Data from the system can be exported to Excel or other Business Intelligence Tools.
